Our goal is to provide a place where adults can enjoy social and therapeutic activities, plus receive the assistance they require with nursing or activities of daily living.

Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Closed:  New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
